What is a good place to get a Cocktail dress that is strapless and cheap.???? Or what is is a good department store with good dresses besides:JcPenny, Dillards, Nordstrom, Macy's, Target......

1. Try Ross, TJ Maxx or Marshalls... its always a surprise what you can find at these places...and for cheap.
2. Kaufmans. Sears. Kohls. Ross. TJ Max. Marshalls.
3. eBay.. there is everything you can think of on eBay.. Also consignment shops are good for that as well
4. try using a trash bag and wrap it around your middle section a la "Derelicte" fashion forward and cheap!! Say that to Brooks Brothers.
