Where should I look for a wallet-friendly rehearsal dinner dress?

I'm having the rehearsal dinner for my wedding at the end of November, and I'm looking for a sophisticated-looking dress that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars (my price-limit is $150 AT THE VERY MOST). I want something at knee length (definitely not above the knees) and fitted at the top/flowing away past the waist. Something classy! If you have any suggestions for a particular dress or a place I might find something, let me know.

  1. Sears TJ Maxx Marshalls
  2. Try Target, they have some really cute stuff right now.
  3. Try Kohl's too...they have a nice selection of dresses and their prices are low
  4. Find a Talbot's outlet. They always have classic styled dresses for low prices.
  5. Dillards has nice formal stuff in your price range. You can also look on www.chadwicks.com
  6. I am not sure how age appropriate these are they are Dilliard juniors dresses. Some of them have the fitted top with the flowing bottom though. http://www.dillards.com/endeca/EndecaStartServlet?view=80&No=240&N=1000930
